Frontier Trapper LLC (“Frontier Trapper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides wildlife removal and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, or interact with our services—including SMS/text messaging programs described below.

1) Information we collect

Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone number, mailing address.

Commercial information: service inquiries, work orders, invoices, payment status.

Communications: calls, emails, SMS/texts (including opt-ins/opt-outs), voicemail.

Device/usage data: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location; cookies and similar technologies.

Media: photos/video you provide (e.g., of a job site or wildlife issue).

Inferences: preferences (e.g., service type, communication frequency).

We collect data directly from you, from your devices (via our sites), from vendors that help us operate our services (e.g., scheduling, messaging, payments), and from public records where lawful.


2) How we use information

Provide, schedule, and bill for services; communicate about appointments, estimates, and service updates.

Operate and improve websites, apps, and messaging programs; debug and secure systems.

Send service-related and (with proper consent) marketing messages by email/SMS.

Comply with law, protect rights and property, prevent fraud, and maintain records.

3) SMS/text messaging programs

If you enroll in our SMS programs (see SMS Terms & Conditions), we process your mobile number, opt-in status, message logs, opt-out/HELP requests, and related metadata to operate the program, honor your consent choices, and meet legal requirements (TCPA/FCC and CTIA). 4) Cookies and analytics

We (and providers) may use cookies, local storage, and similar tech to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and detect fraud. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies; site functionality may be affected.


5) Disclosures of personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

Service providers/processors (e.g., scheduling, dispatch, payments, hosting, SMS platforms/10DLC registrars).

Carriers or messaging partners to deliver texts and maintain compliance.

Legal/ safety recipients when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, enforce terms, or protect safety and property.

Business transfers (e.g., merger or asset sale).

We do not sell your personal information for money. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising in the future (as defined by some state laws), we will provide required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms.


6) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, accounting for legal, tax, audit, and operational needs (e.g., to document TCPA consent and revocations). Federal Communications Commission


7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is 100% secure; please use caution when transmitting data.


8) Children’s privacy

9) Your privacy rights (state-specific)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information; to opt-out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling; and to limit use of sensitive information. 10) Do Not Call / telemarketing compliance

If we engage in telemarketing/SMS marketing, we honor federal TCPA/FCC rules and applicable state no-call laws, including Kansas’ No-Call Act and Missouri’s No-Call Law, and we maintain internal Do Not Call lists. You can ask us not to call or text for marketing at any time; we will honor such requests promptly. Transactional/service messages may still be sent as allowed by law. 11) International users

We operate in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ.


12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted to our website/SMS program page.

SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in Frontier Trapper’s text messaging programs (“Program”). By enrolling (e.g., by texting a keyword, checking a box, submitting a form, or otherwise providing your number and agreeing to receive texts), you consent to receive text messages as described below.

1) Program description & message types

Service/Transactional texts (e.g., appointment confirmations, ETAs, job updates, invoices, service reminders, safety notices).

Marketing texts (e.g., promotions, seasonal offers) only with your prior express written consent where required. You do not need to consent to marketing to obtain services. Legal Information InstituteFederal Communications Commission

Message frequency: Varies by interaction; typically up to a few messages per event (e.g., scheduling). Marketing frequency will be disclosed at opt-in. However, we currently do not send marketing texts.

2) Consent & how to opt in

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (including via website forms, work orders, or texting a keyword), you authorize us to send messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology, as applicable. For marketing texts, consent must be clear, conspicuous, specific to Frontier Trapper (one-to-one), and not a condition of purchase. 3) Opt-out / STOP instructions

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text and then no further marketing or Program messages (except legally permitted confirmations or safety notices). 5) A2P 10DLC & CTIA compliance

We follow CTIA’s Messaging Principles & Best Practices and U.S. carriers’ A2P 10DLC registration and campaign rules. Traffic from unregistered numbers is not used; we maintain applicable program descriptions, opt-in records, and required disclosures. 6) Quiet hours & Do Not Call/Do Not Text

We do not send marketing texts outside legally permitted local hours and we honor national/state Do Not Call requirements (including Kansas and Missouri). Transactional/service messages may be sent at other times when reasonably necessary for safety or service (e.g., day-of-appointment ETAs). 7) Eligibility & responsibility

You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and be 18+ (or have parental consent if 13–17, where permitted; we do not knowingly enroll children under 13). Keep your contact information current and notify us if your number is reassigned.


8) Privacy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy above. We store opt-in/opt-out records and message logs as required to demonstrate compliance and operate the Program. Federal Communications Commission


9) Changes & termination

We may modify or suspend the Program or these SMS Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website or message. Your continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.


10) Legal compliance

We operate our Program in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, the FCC’s rules (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), and applicable state laws. Note that on June 20, 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court clarified courts need not defer to FCC TCPA interpretations under the Hobbs Act; we therefore align practices with the statute, FCC rules, and evolving case law.
